One of the major problems in jbpm5.1 is its lack of documentation. Or at least a central place to find it.
The first place you need to look at is the official documentation:

you know.. the best documentation for an open source project is the source code. If you want to know more about those specific classes you can directly look at the code and help us to improve the current docs.
