Smart Task from salaboy.wordpress.com and JBPM5 in Jboss

I am evaluating JBPM5, I want to build custom ui for tasks and start process. So far I posted few questions but no reply, then I found  Smart Task project. I would like to know in anyone has used this framework to build custom ui based on process user task and deployed to JBoss 5.xxx.

I really appreciated if someone can guid the process for building better ui on JBMP5 for handling tasks and starting processes from custom ui instead of jbpm-console.

We have been building Smart Tasks, and now it is a bit dev stuck (basically because of time). Currently it is used in Emergency Services project:

We have some more things we would like to implement, but what we have now, it works for Emergency services requirements and it can really help you to build your application. We will be glad to help you integrating it with your application, as it would also help us making it grow.

My use case is very simple. I am evaluating jbpm5 for a client, but I want to build nice ui for task management and launch processes.

I want new ui and to run inside jboss as well jbpm itself. I saw emergency application but I could not everything properly, also emergency application runs aoutside jboss.

Do you have any idea how I can achieve it?

Hi Seme,

All the frameworks that you are trying to use like Drools, jbpm and smart tasks are agnostic of the environment where they will run.

That means that you can running inside jboss if you want. In the emergency services application we are using jetty as a container, you can easily switch the web application that holds all the task management to jboss, there is no problem with that.
