Calendar- Todays date is showing one day in advance

Good Day,

     Today icon in the calendar shows one day in advance to my application date.  ( time Zone PST)

For Example : 13-Sep-2011 ( today's date).

When i print new Date(). in the console its printing 13-Sep-2011 correctly, but when i click on the today icon in calendar its pointing 14-sep-2011 ( One Day in advance).

Update :  Today icon is not picking JVM date . its picking from PC Date.

Any help will be really helpfull.
