Read File and insert in to DB

Dear Experts,

Please help me in finding a solution or steps to read a file and insert the data to Oracle DB using JBOSS.

I found it difficult to get any example or url to follow.

your valuable suggestions/solution is appreciated.

You will need to change your DB as mentioned here http://docs.jboss.org/jbossesb/docs/4.10/manuals/html/Administration_Guide/#Switching_Databases

Then see the http://docs.jboss.org/jbossesb/docs/4.10/manuals/html/Programmers_Guide/#section-Notifier-NotifySqlTable action.

Thanks for the response,

I have tried doing the steps there in the link provided above.

Steps:

• Connected DB accordingly.
• tried polling file data
• tried inserting the polling data to the DB.

Note: Could able to read file but not able to interact with DB.

There was no error in Console while deploying.

Magesh, Please provide me any working example you have come across or please share the steps to work on this. Its really urgent and any help is really appreciated.
