disable and enable h:inputtext

how to disable h:inputText when it populated with value from database,,,

and the others which no value still enable,,

hi ibrahim thanks for reply i'll try yours,, btw sorry if you dont mind would you please explain to me,, does the value in the "DISABLED" have a same value within the "VALUE" attribute??
