Richfaces Upload component: Add Button Disabled

I am using the richfaces version 3.3. in my seam application, sometimes i open the page containing the rich:upload component, i always find that the add button is disabled. Please how do i rectify this problem

you not defined max files count allowed to download and it's 1 by default. And after you uploaded one file - no more files uploads allowed. Check how we reseting upload on demosite.
