HornetQ source code Licensing

Hi,

We are experimenting with hornetQ for our messaging use cases and are very happy with its performance. We are looking forward to use it. Can you please let us know about its licensing details. On FAQ, I found :

HornetQ is licensed under the Apache Software License version 2.0 with the exception of a very small number of files that we were unable to relicense which remain licensed under the LGPL.

Can we get a list of these files which are not covered under Apache Software License version 2.0 and are under LGPL instead?

There is just the filter implementation that still on LGPL. 99% (or more, I didn't take actual count) is Apache.

Can you please tell me that on which version of LGPL are these additional files – Is it LGPL v2.1 or V3.0 or some other?
