gerry.matte Sep 29, 2011 12:30 PM (in response to cafebab3)In looking over the various profiles available for JBoss 7 at https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS7/Getting+Started+Guide I noted that jsr919:javamail 1.4 isn't available for any editions of AS7.
Hopefully the j2ee fully certifed version of AS7 will support establishing a server managed javamail session.
In the mean time, I will modify my critical webapps to incorporate their own javamail session instead of using a server managed mail session shared across all webapps. It will be a pain to maintain but what can you do ?
