Hi,

During my migration 3.3.x -> 4.1.x I've replaced all my keepalive by

• viewscope  on the same page
• viewscope + using flash scope http://mkblog.exadel.com/2010/07/learning-jsf2-using-flash-scope/ when my keepalive was on 2 pages with a4j navigation
