saving tablestate of extendeddatatable

i got an extendeddatatable on my page with a binding to tablestate, so i want to save the state as user settings ( columns order etc)

but when i reorder the columns and then click my command button the value of tablestate remains unchanged.

is there a bug?

state saved just afetr reordering via separate ajax call even before you hitting your button.
