DataTable - dynamic total

Hi,

I have rich:dataTable where two columns are h:inputText. I need to show total of those two columns on the page while editing data.
Can anyone help?

just calculate it during submit in your update action. niot sure where the problem there. Sample of page here:

Finally I did it via javascript.

I marked "countable" inputTexts with class="count-me" and then just sum it's value

<h:column>
<h:inputText value="#{sheet.amount}" class="count-me" onchange="calculate()">
</h:inputText>
