Cons auditing all entities of system?

What are the disadvantages of auditing all entities of my system?

Obviously, one of that is a huge amount of data in the audited table after a few years. What are others?

Well this really depends on your domain model ... there's always a slight performance overhead, but otherwise I can't think of anything.
