Is there a way to call a SOAP-Webservice using WS-Security with UsernameToken?

You've got two options here I think :

- Use the wise SOAPClient and write a custom handler that adds the username and password

- Use the wise SOAPClient and use the SmooksHandler that's already provided to do a transformation
