7.1 Final Release - does anyone know if it will be on time?

we are waiting for 7.1 final release that looks to be due on February 7th.

I don't have a past experience in knowing if the version dates are met because I never waited for a release to start working with it almost in real time.

Do you know what are the odds this date will be met?

5%?

36%?

I know the specific date it is planned to - what I am asking if I should take this date  as a guaranteed date or if there is a chance it might be missed?
