shane.bryzak Apr 4, 2011 7:28 AM (in response to kresimir_popovic)The individual module docs still need to be uploaded, in the meantime use http://docs.jboss.org/seam/3/latest/reference/en-US/html/pt06.html.

kresimir_popovic Apr 4, 2011 7:40 AM (in response to kresimir_popovic)Hello,
thank you very much Shane! I'm totally new to Seam. I was able to use Seam 2 security module + Flex 4 (GraniteDS), but now I would like to try Seam 3 security.
Best Regards,

marx3 Apr 4, 2011 7:48 AM (in response to kresimir_popovic)I don't see in documentation possibility to restrict access to some directories of webapp. It's described in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SEAMFACES-33 and I think it should be in security module dosc too.

4. Re: Seam 3 security - documentation update ?
shane.bryzak Apr 4, 2011 8:44 AM (in response to kresimir_popovic)It's implemented as part of the seam-faces module. There's an example of it here:
https://github.com/seam/faces/blob/master/examples/faces-security
Unfortunately this feature was added as a last minute thing and I don't think it was documented in time before the release. Basically, you need to create a typesafe security binding (as described here) which you can then apply to your view configuration (Pages.java in the above example).
