Richfaces Layout Demo Source Code Question

Hi,

Richfaces Layout Demo is very cool, but missing lots of source code. From http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/layouts/page/template.jsf site, the source code references:
(under dir /richfaces/layouts/page/includes)
LayoutBean.java
sidedbar.xhtml
gridtop.xhtml
gridleft.xhtml
gridcenter.xhtml
templates.xhtml
themes.xhtml

They all missing. Can someone has access the src tree to post those source code ? It will be a great help for the users !!
