    Is Seam-spring module alive?

    bitec

Sorry for posting this here but seam spring module documentation is not available: http://docs.jboss.org/seam/3/spring/latest/reference/en-US/html. Also API and examples links do not work.

      Thanks

Yes, it's alive. Sorry, we'll have to update the links.

            Hi Anton,

The Seam Spring module is alive and under development, and I hope to have an Alpha release at the end of the weekend.

You can track the progress in https://github.com/seam/spring.git

Currently, it is feature complete (for the Alpha), in that it supports bootstrapping and injection between Spring and CDI. The soft spot right now is documentation and examples (although the unit test should give a hint on how it operates), and hope to get this done in the next week. In fact, it is the one major blocker before the Alpha.

            Cheers,
            Marius

Marius, thanks a lot. I took a look, but cannot try it myself as jboss repository does not contain these seam spring artifacts.
Also, will annotation injection work or only spring <cdi:bean-reference> should be used?
