Simplified Chinese translation of Web Bean Refrence Guide is finished

Hi all,

I've finished the Simplified Chinese translation of Web Bean Reference Guide. Hope it will help Chinese developers learn and adopt Web Bean RI ASAP.

BTW, I failed to build the doc in my own machine (Windows XP). It seems missing po2xml. Is it possible to install it under Windows XP? Or any workaround exists? Thanks.

I don't think po2xml runs on Windows. But we build the docs nightly to http://docs.jboss.org/webbeans/reference/snapshot/ so you can view your work :-)
