Hello,
Just updated to 3.3.2 GA and the same modal panels started to appear without taking into account the page height + some shift to the right.
Shift to the right is not aye pleasant, but ignoring the height is a show stopper - I'm using modal panels for error messages and ajax progress indicator, so if user scrolled the bottom of the tall page there is no indicator and no messages visible!
Please fix if possible or provide work around.
