Weld source code

where is it?  I don't see any source files (other than the examples) in the weld-1.0.0-CR1 distro (like Seam src directory has the framework code).

Might be that it's not included, will probably be in GA

or a bit higher depending on what you're looking for.

It's in the *-sources.jar :-)

*.java files in a JAR?  Isn't that a little strange?  Those are not compiled .class bytecode so they are probably useless in the JBoss classpath (e.g.: server/default/lib), correct?

You can configure eclipse so that each .jar has its source .jar, that way, if you Ctrl+click a class, it will present you the source.

Nope, it's pretty standard, look at how Eclipse does it, or Maven, or Ivy or...

so that means I need to extract multiple weld*sources.jars to have a complete directory structure and files.  Is it possible to include a master jar in the distro?  Or can I get it from svn?

Well, weld-core-sources is the sources of the core, it's all there is. The other modules come in different source-jar:s but they have different svn project also.
