rich:tooltip and f:selectItem

Hi,

My question is simple.
Is it possible to have a tooltip displayed for each f:selectItem in the ComboBox ??
I tried with the for attribute in the tooltip tag without success.

I'm just wondering if it's possible.

ho html options has no event to attach the tooltip.
