It's production software, not a homework in patterns. They are applied where appropriate, not because there has to be n patterns from the GoF book there. Pete likes the decorator pattern, though ;-)

As far as I'm concerned, it's literally a homework in patterns and incubator software experiment until there is significant industry adoption (which there obviously isn't yet and potentially will never be based on recent history with Seam).

But that's ok, we remain enthusiasts in the meantime...

Unfortunately, you have a good point.  I'll try to tone down on the negative posts.  It doesn't help the situation or help others learn more about Weld.  I gotta stop listening to NIN...
