contextmenu on extendeddatatable

i want to have a context menu on a extendeddatatable

i tried with

<rich:componentControl event="oncontextmenu" for="menuwf" id="cm"
 operation="show">

but this does not work.

any suggestions?

this attribute unfortunatelly currently works only for rich:dataTable components

no, do not use componentControl

just create context menu object on the same level of DOM as extendedDataTable, and define for contextMenu attachTo property

example from live demo
<rich:contextMenu event="oncontextmenu" attachTo="TABLE_ID">
<rich:menuItem value=" ...
