The constraints for Firstname and Lastname are too hard. No spaces or special signs alowed in names.

I'm going to relax the regex for both to "[a-zA-Z0-9\\s\\-\\.]+", is that OK?

I have one space in my name, but think about all the French, Spanish èéàâ' etc.
I think, less is better - sometimes...

OK, I've relaxed it to allow any character except tabs, linefeeds, etc.
