Problem with JBossTools J2EE Module Dependencies and Seam 2.0.1

We are developing a project here with Seam 2.0.1 and are having this problem:

Has it been fixed yet?  
will it be fixed in a new Seam 2.0.x version or only in the Seam 2.1.X versions?  Thanks.

Not a bug in Seam, so it will be fixed in JBossTools, not Seam.

If it's not a bug in Seam why does it work with Seam 2.0.0 and not Seam 2.0.1??
