luxspes Jul 2, 2008 6:14 PM (in response to franciscoperedo)Hi!
In the comments of JBSEAM-1663 there is a link to a discussion in the Embedded JBoss forum, in the second page of that discussion logicicle posted:
It is possible to have multiple Seam applications running on the embedded JBoss server simultaneously, hint: it's all about classloaders.
You need to enable classloader isolation (per .ear), which is not enabled by default.
Here's how:
1. Stop your server.
2. Find the ear-deployer.xml file in the deploy directory of the JBoss configuration that you are using.
3. Edit this line: <attribute name="Isolated"></attribute> to be like this <attribute name="Isolated">true</attribute>
You will be able to deploy multiple seam apps now.But I couldn't find any ear-deployer.xml file in my tomcat6+embeddedjboss (I did found ejb3-interceptors-aop.xml, ejb-deployer-beans.xml,ejb3-deployers-beans.xml, but I couldn't find the <attribute name="Isolated"></attribute> line.
If you find the way to enable this classloader isolation, please share a detailed description of your solution in this forum.
