1. Re: Begin natural conversation programatically
nickarls Mar 25, 2008 10:42 AM (in response to eirirlar)Conversation.instance() doesn't have anything interesting regarding natural conversations so I guess it's just a normal begin call in conjunction with the pages.xml in section 6.6 of the manual.

eirirlar Mar 25, 2008 11:04 AM (in response to eirirlar)Thanks for the reply. That would work, but I'm doing some nesting dependent on which conversations already exists, and pages.xml with a <rule if-outcome... doesn't do the whole job for me.
I found a solution however, please let me know what you think:
Conversation.instance().leave(); //make sure I'm not in a conversation already. Conversation.instance().begin(); //start a conversation with the next available conversation id. Manager.instance().updateCurrentConversationId("conversationNameAndId"); //update the id to the one of the natural conversation. //make sure it fits the page I'm redirecting to after this action.

vladimir.kovalyuk Sep 9, 2008 10:48 AM (in response to eirirlar)Tried to find a related JIRA issue without success. So I created a brand new one https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-3400.
