Exception invoking method addChild

I get this ERROR when deploy project. koltso5 is name of the project.
Where can be my mistake?

seems like /koltso5 is not unique : maybe are you trying to deploy two war with the same destination ?

You are right!! There was 2 projects in deploy directory.
