Outjection fails after JBoss restart, only redeploy of ear file helps

We are running a Seam 1.2 app on JBoss AS 4.2 in production. After a restart of the production AS several Seam outjections fail (outjected objects are null). This can only be fixed by restarting the app (overwrite the current ear file in the deploy dir with a copy).

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

This issue really causes us troubles, one day the ISP had to reboot the server, JBoss started up but the app was not working because outjection did not work correctly. I needed to redeploy the current ear to fix that.
