problem with seam on database

Hi, I am  new to seam framework, presently I am using Oracle11g, I am facing a problem When ever I restart the server(jboss 4.2.2GA) I am loosing the data in the database, i.e whatever I have stored in the database I am unable to find the data when I restart the server, please any body help me out, thanks.
