create frames using richfaces

Hi All,
Can any body help me how to create frames using richfaces in seamframework (i.e header, footer, body(divided into 2 parts))
If any body has any idea regarding it please let me know.

Currently RichFaces doesn't have layout components like that.

I suggest you use normal a normal CSS or table layout.
