The question for Seam Team:
Shouldn't ContextFilter be defined within ExceptionFilter?
Now, if some non-faces servlet throws an Exception, ExceptionFilter cathes it and ends all Seam contexts. And then ContextFilter tries to finish the request and throws No application context active
type of exception.
