RichFaces.Menu.Layers.layers[...].level is null

Hi there!
We maintain a webapp that features a rich:toolBar menu with <rich:dropDownMenu children. Now we have one customer who can't access the webapp at all due to this javascript error: RichFaces.Menu.Layers.layers[...].level is null
Browser is IE 7
But for a lot of our customers everything works fine with IE 7. Maybe you guys have a clue, what could be going on?

ask him to clear the cache by CTRL+F5 refresh.

thanks! Well we, don't get much more information than this ourselves, but as far as I know it can not be reproduced but only happens on 2 distinct pc's of the customer's employees. So, we are going to answer the ticket with that CTRL+F5 refresh and ask for more information if that does not help.
