Are there any Seam examples with comlicated database ?

I've found only simple hello world example with Seam...nobody that shows something real.

Well, just look at any of the examples in the SEAM_HOME/examples directory, if you want a more complicated example, look at the wiki example which is what this site seamframework.org runs, which has probably the most complex db structure of all of the examples.

The dvdstore example shipped with SEAM may be a good place to start.

However, you should notice that the ORM services are provided by Hibernate in most of the cases so AFAIK is not so much a SEAM dependant but Hibernate dependant issue.
