switch from ear to war

i use a seamgen generated app which deploys as ear.

i read for hot deploy , and a fast code,compile,deploy,test cycle i must use a war.

how can i switch from ear to war?

Create war project, copy files, if you use EJBs, change them to Seam Pojos.
