rich:menuItem and propagation param

Hello,

How can I set the propagation value with rich:menuItem ?

I would like to do the same thing that with s:link :

<s:link view="/home.xhtml" value="XXXX" propagation="none"/>

But with rich:menuItem i don't know because of course there is no propagation attribute ...

Any tips will be welcome.

To propagate conversation through rich:menuItem tag, you can use s:conversationPropagation tag. For e.g.

<rich:menuItem action="utilities" value="Admin Utilities" rendered="#{s:hasRole('superuser')}">
    <s:conversationPropagation type="none"/>
</rich:menuItem>

can you use the navigation features of pages.xml? Just define a navigation rule from whatever action is triggered from the menu action and set the propagation in the navigation rule.

This don't work :

<s:conversationPropagation type="none"/>

But this work for me :

<f:param name="conversationPropagation" value="none"/>
