Seam Tutorials

Hi. I'm brand new to JBoss Seam and am looking for tutorials on using it with Eclipse. I've installed the JBoss Tools plugins for Eclipse and am kind of lost as to where to start. We're using JBoss 4.2.3.GA. Thanks.
