How to Navigate by URL (like this Forum)

i can imagine, how to create the link above (e.g. directory structure)... but if a topic was created

http://www.seamframework.org/Community/IdentityaddRoleReturnsFalseAndDoesNotCreateRole
http://www.seamframework.org/Community/ErrorReadingResultListOnType
... 
and so on.

Can somebody give me a hint, how to realize that?
Is that technique documented in the reference - i didnt found it yet.

The website was created before we had URL rewriting in Seam, so it is using the external tuckey url rewriting integration.  However, the net result is basically the same both ways.
