i need that home.seam opens in full window, thats equal than you open a web browser and press F11 key.

You can't, for several reasons. One is a security risk. You could build an application that would look like a real desktop and have the user think he/she is still there. Then create a fake banking application and trick him/her into filling out certain fields.
