can the cid move to hidden page param?

I would like to know if the cid can be put in the page every time instead of the url like the default is done?

Is there any problems/issues with doing it this way?

huh, cid is a seam/hibernate concept not a JSF concept so your message confuses me.  Are you saying there is a way to do that and not have the cid in the url and have it in a hidden page parameter?

If so, how do you do that?
