WIKI Example plugins

I really need someone to please explain in detail how to enable the Forum and FAQ plugins in the WIKI example that's included in the Seam download.

You put macros into a page header, body, or footer text field. The macro syntax is [<=macroName] and for the forum plugin just put [<=forumList] in the body of a document. The FAQ browser is [<=faqBrowser] and it's usually in the header of a document.

(All of these are shown as examples and for testing in the development profile mock data.)
