make forum in Seam framework

On the bottom left hand side of this forum where the Seam menu is look at what it says.

You can find the full source code for this website in the Seam package in the directory /examples/wiki. It is licensed under the LGPL. 

So, download Seam and unzip/extract it.
Browse to the folder where you extracted it to.
From there go to. -> examples -> wiki

I'm not sure if this contains all the forum code but... I'm just going off what is written on the left hand side of this site.

If you haven't written a Seam app before then I would suggest doing a number of tutorials of smaller things first. A forum is not a simple task to write.

Ultimately though, spend some time in the examples directory of the Seam project it will help you lots.
