Clear entityManager operations within a conversation

Hy!

How can I clear all the entityManager operation(persist,remove,update,...) within a conversation.
entityManager.clear() is does not work.

and I use manual flushed conversation.

Main scenario:
when the user click a button, clear all previous entity operation on the same page withot reloading the page, or ending the current conversation.

I also try em.refresh() without success.
