How to get the MAC address of the client machine requesting a page from the server?

I have made a java routine that would find the Mac address of the client.

But now I have another problem.

The java routine should be run on client side. So I have to put the java code in the JSF and Facelets

Please tell me how to do that

There is no specific jsf tag for applets. You should use <object> and <embed>. Google for more info.
