Data Localization

I want to know if seam gives any Idea about localization of dynamic data like lookups .

I tried some example that use Entities instead of properties Files but I faced a problem that I don't know how  ResourceLoader.loadBundle(name) is called and when I logged the name
I found that it's called per Page
any Idea appreciated
