Migrating JBOSS SEAM application from RHEL to UNIX

We need suggestion before migrating SEAM application from RHEL to UNIX. Optionally we are thinking to change Application server to other. Please suggest if someone has already done this kind of migration. Thanks in advanced.

I don't see why the make of Operating System should influence your application in any way. Java is platform- and architecture-independent.
