Hi,

I am new to Jboss ESB developement.I want to know some basic details about the support that has been provided by JBoss.Can JBoss provide bug fixes and enhancement to customer needs?If so,is it free or any subscription needed?  and tell me some details about the GNU license and how it is effective than other licenses.

You can not get support for JBoss ESB, as that is a community project.

You can get support for the JBoss ESB included in the RedHat SOA Platform Subscription.

(which might not always be the very latest version, but rather the "previous stable one" ;-)

I am happy with the subscription support for now.

RedHat will love to send you an offer, I guess. ;-)
