cyberanto Mar 9, 2012 3:46 PM (in response to obojevic)amazon ses communicates via SMTP plus provides additional services like content filtering etc. I am using my providers email service, which has less functionality, but the basic process should be the same. I do not see any reason why creating an xhtml page and sending it with the Renderer as described in the seam documentation example should not work with amazon ses. The only thing that is somewhat hidden in the text is that you have to setup the mail session in components.xml:
<mail:mail-session host="SMTP.yourprovider.com" port="25" />
