1. Re: ClientProducer sending large messages
clebert.suconic Nov 6, 2009 6:58 PM (in response to clebert.suconic)BTW: I only did that because I had a few failures on the Bridge that I was investigating, and I needed to make the encoding of the large message generic for both clientProducer and ServerConsumer.

I'm just running the testsuite, and I should commit it tomorrow (Saturday) my morning
I just committed since the testsuite ran fine. -

timfox Nov 7, 2009 3:11 AM (in response to clebert.suconic)Is this related to fixing the LargeMessageExample? That's the priority right now, not some other refactoring....

4. Re: ClientProducer sending large messages
clebert.suconic Nov 7, 2009 11:19 PM (in response to clebert.suconic)this was a fix for https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/HORNETQ-211
which was one of the tasks on my plate...
I had a TODO to fix BridgeTest, and that was the reason for it broken.
all I did besides fixing it was a simple renamings (as informed here), so it would make sense being reused at the client side also. -
5. Re: ClientProducer sending large messages
clebert.suconic Nov 7, 2009 11:48 PM (in response to clebert.suconic)BTW: I'm not being able to get the example to fail.
Sometimes I get Warnings from the Memory manager when I send 10G files.
I will look tomorrow at GC logs and see if there is anything referenced on the memory. Maybe GC will always reclaim the data, but we get eventual Warnings when GC wasn't activated yet (with the 50MiB VM)?
That's just a guess of course, I will be playing with that supposition.
