We should maybe remove that test for now since 201 was postponed.

The messages don't get lost, they just don't get replicated. If they got lost that would be a big problem.

Messages not all getting replicated should be reflected in the asserts. I.e. you can assert that 0 to N of the messages are received. Jeff already did these kind of asserts in the other failover tests.
